Discover Samsung's cheapest 5G phone
Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A42 5G for ៣ 349 (approximately $ 455) in the UK. That's ផ 80 cheaper than the Galaxy A51 5G (about $ 104), making it Samsung's cheapest 5G smartphone right now. .
The Galaxy A42 uses the Snapdragon 750G chip that Qualcomm announced last month. It also has a 6.6-inch OLED display with a 20MP camera head, 4GB to 8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, 5000mAh battery and fingerprint scanner embedded under the screen.
On the back are four cameras, a 48MP main camera, an 8MP Ultrawide camera, a 5MP macro camera and a depth-of-field camera. 5MP for creating portrait images.
The low-cost 5G smartphone will launch in the UK on November 6. Samsung has not yet confirmed the release in other markets.
